The location of Hostal Zamora is perfect, being just a few minutes away from the Gran Vía metro stop and surrounded by various restaurants and convenience stores. The room was clean and adequate for my needs, featuring a shower, air conditioning, and a safe for a nominal fee. The staff provided exceptional service, particularly Emanuel, who was always available to answer questions and assist with any requests.
